We checked existing analytics, data, and reviewed the current platform to create a backlog of opportunities. The improvements included restructuring the content, creating directory instances with custom logic, easy-to-manage CMS, building flexible templates to quickly spin off additional pages, newsletter and ad management tools, custom forms and various additional good-to-have features.
