Review the current eCommerce site from a tech and design perspective and advise how to improve the platform. Specific focus areas were around inventory management, integrations, internal operations, and general features and usability.

After the new eCommerce launch, the amount of online sales and recurring purchases increased significantly. The custom product builder tool played a major role in driving sales, as it allowed customers to order Golden State Art products in any custom size, color, and type. The newly-built platform greatly improved the efficiency of internal operations by providing reporting, integrations, and APIs for the internal ERP, CRM, and marketing systems.
