Challenge
The previous website only allowed customers to purchase separate product parts, and it was difficult to assemble a custom shower without having a step-by-step visual flow that guided the user through the process. As a result of the limited e-commerce functionality, the potential of online shower sales was underutilized.
Solution
Our idea was to create a shower configurator web app that would enable customers to design and purchase custom shower setups. The assumption was that this would increase UX, automate operations, and drive e-commerce sales as the complete funnel is created. To accomplish this, we needed to do in-depth research and analysis to understand ThermaSol’s operations, product components, and dependencies to create the general logic of the web app.
